Bethany Ramey Trombley
Before pursuing painting full time, Bethany Ramey Trombley studied Art History at Rice University. She went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Houston where she graduated as Valedictorian of her class. Bethany taught Architectural History, Drawing and Design at the University of Houston and the University of Texas during which time she won numerous awards in graphics and design competitions. In 1996 Bethany was inducted into the Gerald D. Hines School of Architecture Hall of Fame.
Thereafter she opened a private architecture practice which included design of the exhibit space at The Dallas Museum of Art, City of Austin libraries, and interiors for churches, schools, and projects at UT Austin.
